Loved the Freshwater Academy's Leading Change with OKRs & 4DX course. I can highly recommend it to those leading change and I have many takeaways I will use in my change practice straight away. It would also be of great value to coaches who are working with Executives and Team Leads to get the organisational resources and efforts moving towards the companies 'North Star' and Wildly Important Goals (WIGs). The use of real life examples and exercises throughout serve to deepen the understanding of the concepts and how they can be practically applied. Ben Hogan and Christine Lemmich are just the people to run this course and have an engaging style and deep knowledge which made the course a pleasure to attend.

This course is fantastic for both corporate strategists and OKR practitioners alike to build your knowledge about how to create, implement and embed an outcome-aligned organisational structure in scaled large-scale corporate environments.
